Description

This Turkey Club Pasta Salad transforms a classic sandwich into a flavorful, crowd-pleasing dish. Made with tender pasta, juicy grape tomatoes, red onion, lean deli turkey, and crispy turkey bacon, it’s tossed in a creamy, tangy dressing that’s perfect for picnics, potlucks, or easy lunches. Light, protein-packed, and ready to chill in minutes—this pasta salad is a fresh twist on a deli favorite.

Ingredients

Scale

For the turkey Club Pasta Salad:

½ pound elbow macaroni

2 cups grape tomatoes, halved

1 medium red onion, finely chopped

pound deli turkey, thinly sliced and torn into pieces

6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled

Chopped parsley, for garnish

For the Dressing:

½ cup mayonnaise

⅓ cup sour cream

4 tablespoons red wine vinegar (non-alcoholic substitute or naturally alcohol-free)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool slightly.

  2. While the pasta cooks, prepare the dressing: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, and salt until smooth.

  3. Add the slightly cooled pasta to the dressing and toss to coat. Let sit for 5 minutes to absorb flavor.

  4. Stir in the tomatoes, red onion, deli turkey, and turkey bacon. Mix gently until well combined.

  5. Adjust seasoning or add more mayo, sour cream, or vinegar to taste, depending on your dressing preference.

  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight for best flavor.

  7. Garnish with chopped parsley just before serving.

Notes

For extra crunch, add diced cucumbers or celery.

Use whole-grain pasta for added fiber.

Want it spicier? Mix in a pinch of chili flakes or diced jalapeños.
