Description

These easy, no-bake Greek yogurt protein bites are packed with protein, fiber, and natural sweetness—perfect for a post-workout snack or healthy treat. With creamy yogurt, oats, nut butter, and your favorite mix-ins, they’re endlessly customizable and ready in just 15 minutes.


Ingredients

Scale

1 cup plain Greek yogurt (low-fat or full-fat)

1 cup rolled oats (use gluten-free if needed)

½ cup natural peanut butter (or almond butter)

2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder (optional)

¼ cup mini dark chocolate chips or dried fruit

1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseed (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and honey until smooth.
  2. Stir in rolled oats and protein powder. Mix until fully combined.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips or other mix-ins.
  4. Chill the mixture for 15–30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Roll into 1-inch balls using your hands or a small scoop.
  6. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
