Ingredients
1 cup plain Greek yogurt (low-fat or full-fat)
1 cup rolled oats (use gluten-free if needed)
½ cup natural peanut butter (or almond butter)
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder (optional)
¼ cup mini dark chocolate chips or dried fruit
1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseed (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and honey until smooth.
- Stir in rolled oats and protein powder. Mix until fully combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips or other mix-ins.
- Chill the mixture for 15–30 minutes to firm up.
- Roll into 1-inch balls using your hands or a small scoop.
- Store in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
