Ingredients

1 cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt

1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped

1 tablespoon raw honey (optional for extra sweetness)

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

34 mint leaves (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine mango, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla.

  2. Blend until completely smooth.

  3. Pour mixture into popsicle molds evenly.

  4. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.

  5. To release, run warm water over molds for 10–15 seconds.


Notes

For a creamier texture, use full-fat yogurt.

Skip honey if mango is very ripe or for a lower sugar option.

Add lime zest or swap in coconut milk for a tropical twist.

Store in freezer up to 2 weeks for best texture.
