Description

Frozen Greek yogurt bark is the perfect high-protein, no-bake treat for both kids and adults. Made with thick, creamy Greek yogurt, layered with fruit, nuts, and optional chocolate, this customizable recipe freezes into a crunchy snack that’s as good for you as it tastes.

Ingredients

Scale

2 cups full-fat plain Greek yogurt (unsweetened or lightly sweetened)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup strawberries, chopped

1/4 cup blueberries

2 tablespoons chia seeds or ground flaxseed (optional)

1/4 cup granola or chopped almonds

1 tablespoon mini dark chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

Prepare Baking Sheet
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy removal after freezing.

Mix Yogurt Base
In a bowl, stir together Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract until smooth.

Spread the Mixture
Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared sheet. Spread evenly with a spatula until it’s about 1/4-inch thick.

Top It Off
Sprinkle your chosen toppings evenly—fruits, seeds, granola, and chocolate chips.

Freeze Until Firm
Place the tray in the freezer for at least 3 hours, or until completely solid.

Break Into Pieces
Once frozen, break the bark into bite-sized pieces. Enjoy immediately or store in a freezer-safe container.

Notes

Use full-fat Greek yogurt to avoid icy texture.

Sweetener is optional but helps mellow the tartness of yogurt.

For dairy-free versions, use coconut or almond yogurt and adjust texture with a thickener like chia seeds.

Add protein powder to the mix for a post-workout snack boost.
