1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
½ banana, mashed
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
½ cup strawberries (or preferred fruit)
½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions

Blend yogurt, mashed banana, honey, and fruit until smooth.

Pour into popsicle molds.

Insert sticks and freeze for 6 hours or overnight.

To serve, dip mold briefly in warm water and release.
Notes
Swap banana for mango, or strawberries for blueberries for variations.
Add nut butter or chia seeds for a protein and texture boost.
Use silicone molds for easy release.
