Description

A quick, creamy, no-bake dessert made with ripe avocados and cocoa. Naturally sweetened and ready in just minutes!


Ingredients

Scale

2 ripe avocados (240g)

¼ cup regular cocoa powder

¼ cup Dutch cocoa or melted chocolate chips

34 tbsp milk of choice

½ tsp vanilla extract

⅛ tsp salt

¼ cup maple syrup (or sweetener to taste)


Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.

  2. Blend for 1–2 minutes until completely smooth.

  3. Adjust sweetness and consistency as needed.

  4. Spoon into serving jars and chill at least 30 minutes.

  5. Top with berries, coconut, or nuts before serving.
